Our products are produced with care and we aim for you to enjoy them for as long as possible.We want to prevent your bag from ending up in the waste dump. That's why it's important to take good care of it.

CARE
Tarpaulin is easy to clean. Cleaning with a damp cloth removes stains. Do this regularly and you'll see that the color of your bag remains a lot prettier!
We do not recommend putting your bag in the washing machine. The bag is made of different materials with different properties, therefore this does not go over well.
REPAIR
If you use your product a lot, it may break due to wear. Before you purchase a new product, we prefer for you to try and repair it. Is the bicycle tire broken? Use your bicycle tire repair set! A small tear in the bag? Often easy to fix with a needle and thread and do let your creativity run wild. Are you unable to repair it yourself? Then take your bag to a tailor, who can help you out. If that doesn't work either, please send us a message. We will look for a solution together!
